It all happens round here!

As a born and bred Londoner, I moved to Kent for a quieter life 7 years ago.
It seems that even this is relative to some other parts of the country.

On a recent trip to Bath for a city break, we were staying in a little village a mile outside the city.

On the local newsagents board, I kid you not, this was the headline.

" Local Community Bus Stops At Village Bus Stop."

My God! Stone the crows and call a copper, what ever next!!!!?

I'm sure the locals could manage with smoke signals, do they really need a newspaper?

Blondes have more fun on their planet!

I was made aware by one of my pupils today that one of his school mates was a bit dippy.

One of his other friends had taken a test one day and was telling his school mates how it went.
He was particularly proud that he had to drive through Rush hour on the first part of the test.

To which she asked genuinely "Where's that?"

Apparently she dyes her hair blonde even though she is naturally blonde already.

Figures!!!
